Pickled Spiced Watermelon Rind is made with a special blend of spices. The brine is sweet and vinegary just like any pickling should be. You can see the allspice and cinnamon in the jars!
The 16 oz. pint jars can be stored in the refrigerator for one month after opening...if they last that long! Unopened in the cupboard, they are typically good for 12-18 months.
Perfect accompaniment with BBQ, a charcuterie board or just with a fork out the jar!
The watermelon is from our farm, we do not buy commercial watermelons!
We also offer plastic lids which can be used on ANY mason-type jar! Just wash and use! I use on most commercial condiment jars OR wash my mason jar and use that for commercial condiment! Come in assorted colors for now.
