Eggshell Nutrition: The eggshell is a rich source of calcium and contains 2.2 grams of calcium, .3% Phosphorus, .3% Magnesium, and traces of sodium, potassium, zinc, manganese, iron, and copper.

Egg shell nutrients can include calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It takes about 20 eggs to make 3 oz of finely ground eggshells and about 40 eggs to make our large 6 oz size.
