Best For: Sensitive (suitable for all skin types including acne prone skin) - Only oil known that has a perfect ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids, this means it absorbs extremely well into the skin, which means hydration because of this it is more likely to absorb the potent antioxidants, Vitamin E, and other nutrients in the oil.
