Just wash and use! We use on most commercial condiment jars OR wash our mason jar and use that for commercial condiment! Come in assorted colors for now.
Jars are an estimate. It depends on what's available but you will receive what you order.
The 16 oz. pint jars can be stored in the refrigerator for one month after opening...if they last that long! Unopened in the cupboard, they are typically good for 12-18 months.
The pears is from our farm, we do not buy or use commercial fruit!
