We offer a 30-45 minute class on the differences between Water Bath (BWB) and Pressure Canning.
Everything will be broken down into sections.
How to prep, how to fill, and what to do when water starts boiling.
All the different tools are shown and gone through so you have a basic understanding of what is needed and required for canning. You will be taught how to prep your food, jars and canners.
All your questions will be answered for starting this necessary skill.
We do offer Water Bath and Pressure Canner rentals for those who want to can their own foods.
We prefer in shop, but we can do FaceTime or Zoom if that's easier for you.
