Yarrow Flower Powder Organic
A go-to herbs for children. It is helpful in relieving fevers, shortening the duration of cold and flu, helping improve relaxation during illness, and relieving cramps associated with hormones or illness. Applied topically, it is helpful with skin itching, rash or other issues.
For skin irritations, baths, tincture or poultice will often help with hemorrhoids, rashes and broken skin; Sitz baths or cystitis, vaginal infections, bleeding fibroids, hemorrhoids, post-partum healing, heavy periods etc; Footbaths for chilblains; homemade infused oil first aid healing ointments or soothing creams for irritated skins; Poultice for wounds and first aid situations or Compress for larger areas of grazed skin; Finely powdered dried herb can be sprinkled on minor wounds.
Yarrow is a member of the aster family noted for its feathery foliage and flower umbels. Also known as Soldier's Woundwort, Nose Bleed and Staunchweed, yarrow has a long history of use dating back centuries. The genus name for the herb, as well as many of its common names, was inspired by the legend of Achilles, whose soldiers reputedly carried the plant to assist the wounded.
Powdered yarrow is traditionally used to prepare infusions and poultices for topical use.
