Rosehips contains a lot of vitamin C, so it shares many uses with vitamin C including preventing and treating colds, flu, and vitamin C deficiencies. I add to honey and tea when we have colds for a boost of vitamin C.
Rosehips are used in skincare for its high level of antioxidants and anti-aging properties; can be used in natural bath tea recipes, used in the formulation of natural herbal waters, added to facial mask recipes, infused in massage oils. We add a spoonful to smoothies!
